WOW EXERCISEEE!

Having exercise after class is such a good things! I love itttt!

Last few weeks, my friends persuaded me to play some sports with them. At first, I thought I wanted to go home to have a rest, but after I had gone with them, I totally loved it.


First sport that I played was a basketball which is my favourite one. My friends and I were divided to two teams. Some of them were not good in this, however we had fun. We played until 5 P.M. then we went home.

Next was a badminton. This sport is now becoming popular in our group because all
of my friends can play it very well. We spends our time to play this sport 2times per week.

I think it is a good idea to have gymnasiums in the university because the students can exercise after having a stressful class for all day, moreover sports can be alternations for girls to lose their weight very well and for guys to get more healthy.

  3. In Australia we play so much sport. I had to train three times a week and play two games on a Saturday. This was completely normal for all kids when I was young.
